General Responsibilities:

This position is for a part-time floating assistant who will help as needed in multiple departments, including...

  • Receiving - You will accept deliveries from shipping carriers, open boxes, count inventory, check for damages, and work with vendors to correct inventory issues.
  • Product Display - Repackage new products as necessary.
  • Warehouse Merchandising - Assist with restocking inventory shelves, and help to maintain organization in warehouse.
  • Inventory Control - Assist with inventory counts and general inventory tracking.
  • Shipping - Assist our shipper by building boxes, and packing customer orders.
  • General Office Tasks - Open and sort mail, mark invoices, file paperwork, and answer phones as necessary.
  • Advertising & Promotion - Put together promotional packets to be included with purchases.
  • Customer Service - Assist with customer service emails as needed.
  • Office & Warehouse Cleaning - Sweep, vacuum, and dust as necessary.

  • Have average-to-intermediate computer skills (experience using MS Office, including: Outlook, Word & Excel is a big plus).
  • Be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time, with frequent bends, stoops, and climbs
  • Be able to lift 35 lbs or more
  • Be fluent in English, and communicate professionally - both verbally and in writing
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
