• »I don't see the item, size, or color that I am looking for?

  Answer:
  All available merchandise is shown on our website. We do not keep backstock, and all returns are put back up on the site as soon as we receive them back. If it is not shown on our site, we do not have it available.

  Many of our items sell out quickly and cannot be re-ordered, so to ensure that you are able to get the size or style that you are looking for, please be sure to purchase items when you see them available.

• »Can you special order an item or size for me?

  Answer:
  Manufacturers require a minimum order of at least 6-12 pieces per style, so unfortunately we are not able to special order just 1 piece of an item. However, we do accept special orders from customers who need higher quantities (12 pieces or more per style/color) in an item. For bulk orders please fill out the form below to email us for a quote.

  Many of our items sell out quickly and cannot be re-ordered, so to ensure that you are able to get the size or style that you are looking for, please be sure to purchase items when you see them available.

• »Does Plasticland Ship Internationally?

  Answer:
  Yes, we do! International ordering is safe and secure with fast delivery, full insurance and tracking. Plasticland has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout to fulfill orders for all of our International customers.

  Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal, Money Bookers, Saf-T-Pay, or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.

• »Will you make an exception to one of your posted policies for me?

  Answer:
  In order to ensure that all of our customers are treated equally, and no one gets treated unfairly, we do not make random exceptions to the policies we have posted on our site. Sticking to these policies helps us to make Plasticland a fun and easy place to shop for everyone ♥

  You can find all of our policies in our Help Page, and via various other links throughout our website. If you have a question about any of our posted policies, please contact us prior to making a purchase.

• »How long do items stay in stock?

  Answer:
  We are a small boutique with a unique hand-picked product selection, and many of our items do tend to sell out quickly (within 4 weeks of being added to our site). In most cases we cannot re-order items once they have sold out, so it is always best to order the item you want when you see it, rather than waiting (especially for sized items like shoes or clothing).

  Sometimes we do re-stock a few of our popular non-seasonal products. Here's how you can tell what items will be re-stocked:

  - If an item is low on stock and we intend to re-stock it, we will make note of it on the item page.

  - If an item is currently sold out, and will be re-stocked soon, we will leave the item page active on our site with a message stating that it is "currently unavailable" and a box where you can enter your email to be notified when it is back in stock.

• »Do I have to have a credit card to order?

  Answer:
  For orders placed on our website, we only accept credit card payments or Paypal.

  However, if you would like to pay with a Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Traveller's Check, you can mail your order in to us.

  To place a mail order, please follow these steps...

  1. Add the items that you want to purchase to your shopping cart on our website, and print out your shopping cart page when you are finished shopping.
  2. Refer to the shipping rate table on the shopping cart page of our website, locate the proper shipping amount for your order and write it below the purchase "Subtotal" on your printed copy.
  3. Add the purchase subtotal to the shipping amount. This is your Order Total.
  4. Make your payment out to PLASTICLAND, and mail your payment and the printed shopping cart page to:

• »Do you have walk-in stores?

  Answer:
  We are online only. Our entire catalog is shown on our website, www.ShopPlasticland.com. We do not have any walk-in locations.

• »Do you have a 1-800 number that I can call?

  Answer:
  We are a small independent company with no phone operators. We currently do not accept phone orders and we handle all customer service inquiries via email. We do our best to respond to all emails within 24 hours, however, you can instantly find answers to the most commonly asked questions in the FAQ portion of our Help Page.
