This adorable retro babydoll dress, by Rock Steady, is made of soft stretchy teal jersey fabric. It features a banded empire waist, a ruffle trimmed shrug-like collar with swirly white sparrows (birds) embroidered on the shoulders, and puff sleeves. The deep V neckline is a little daring, but would also look cute with a cami layered underneath.
