One of our favorite items for summer, we ADORE this retro inspired peasant top from Tulle Clothing! It is made of licorice black cotton poplin; and features an empire waist, a sweetheart neckline trimmed in lace, a pleated bust with adorable buttons in the center, and slightly puffed 3/4 sleeves that are accented with lace and can be worn on or off the shoulder.
